Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. To ensure we can offer the best experience for all of our clients, we ask that you review the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines.
24-Hour Cancellation Rule
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in:
- A late cancellation fee, which may be charged to the payment method on file.
- Forfeiture of your booking deposit, if one was required.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment in the following ways:
Via Email Link
Every booking confirmation and reminder email includes a secure cancellation link. Click it to view your appointment details and cancel directly.
Via Text Message
When you receive your 2-hour SMS reminder, simply reply CANCEL to cancel your appointment. Reply YES to confirm you are on your way.
You can also email us directly at hello@beautyandbeyond.salon to request a cancellation or schedule change.
Deposits
Certain services require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. Deposit amounts vary by service and are clearly displayed during the booking process.
- Deposits are applied toward your service total and are deducted from the balance due at your appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
- For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, deposit refunds may be issued at our discretion.
No-Shows
A no-show is defined as a client who does not arrive for their appointment without prior notice. No-shows may result in:
- Full forfeiture of any deposit paid.
- A requirement to pay a deposit for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
We understand that traffic and unexpected delays happen. We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.
- If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, we will do our best to provide your full service. However, your appointment may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the late cancellation policy above.
- If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible by email or by replying to your reminder SMS.
Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule your appointment free of charge as long as the request is made at least 24 hours before your originally scheduled time. Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a cancellation under the policy above.
Exceptions
We understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances arise. If you experience a medical emergency or other extraordinary situation, please contact us and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
