Beauty Beyond Studios is a licensed esthetician studio offering facial treatments, brow design, lash artistry, waxing, microblading, and holistic wellness services in Washington State. All services are performed by a licensed esthetician.

Service availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify our service offerings at any time.

Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system. By completing a booking, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and health intake information.
• Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period may be provided, after which the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.
• Pay any required deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot.
• Review and adhere to pre-care and post-care instructions provided for your service.

Certain services require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment. Deposits are processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking.

The remaining service balance is due at the time of your appointment. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods.

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and late fees.

In summary: cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may incur a late cancellation fee or deposit forfeiture.

For your safety, we require all clients to complete a health intake form before their first appointment. Please disclose any:

• Known skin conditions, sensitivities, or allergies.
• Current medications (topical or oral).
• Recent cosmetic procedures or treatments.
• Pregnancy or nursing status.

We reserve the right to refuse or modify a service if we believe it may pose a health risk based on the information provided.
